TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Glass automatic 4-sides seaming machine adopt 3 bridges, 4 sets working sections structure.
Each set of wheel has a function of seaming, flat edge grinding and film removal. The Processing speed is up to 35m/min. It guarantee the evenness of arris after high speed chamfering. The machine can compensate automatically after wheels wear and become smaller.
Glass conveying adopts servo drive, bevel gear transmitting system. Glass transmission is more reliable.
The opening of closing of grinding heads and movement of leaning wheel are driven by servo motor and reducer, moving on linear guide pair and rack gear. Repeated positioning is accurate.
This machine adopt PLC BUS control system, touch screen operation system, intelligent fast response servo system. Computer controls fast and accurate glass transmitting system and high-speed proceeding system. The production speed can reach 35 meter/m.
The positioning system use rubber rollers, which guarantee the precise diagonal line of chamfer. The control system has self-diagnostic function. It can get various operation
