This machine can be designed for small or big size glass.
Small size: appliance glass, kitchen glass, electronic glass, shower doors. Min. processing size is 200*300mm.
Medium size: furniture glass, doors and windows. Max. processing size is .2500*1200mm.
It is able to replace low efficiency manual operation and lower the safety accident rate. It's fast and space saving.
PLC and servo motors are used for precious movement. User friendly interface. This manipulator can rotate 180 degrees. It can be designed to one or two stations. It can work with double edgers, straight line edging machines, glass washer, tempering furnace or seaming machines.
